How are the cookies packaged ?

Each cookie is individually packaged and sealed moments after they come out of the oven to ensure freshness. They are then nestled into our boxes with a soft bed of popcorn to protect them during shipping.

How fresh the cookies?

Our cookies are packages within hours of coming out of the oven and ship within 24 hours to maintain the highest quality and freshness. We take pride in creating only the freshest and highest quality cookies for our customers, and that is why each dough and cookie is created to order.

How long does my cookies last?

Not only do we strive to make the most unique and delicious cookies out there, but we do it all without adding preservatives to our recipes. 

Our cookies will always taste fresh-out-of-the-oven for up to three weeks if they’re kept in their packaging and out of the sun. To extend the freshness of our cookies, check out our post on how to keep your cookies fresh.

Do your cookies contain gluten, nuts, dairy or soy?

All of our cookies contain gluten. However, please note that we do not have a dedicated gluten-free facility.

The same applies to nuts, dairy, and soy. Cookies that might not have these allergens could still contain traces of nuts, dairy or soy. If you have a severe allergy to any of these, we strongly recommend not consuming our cookies.

I had a cookie flavor a long time ago, why cant I order it on the website?

Sounds like you might have tried one of our seasonal flavors! Each season, we come up with 4-6 unique new flavors.These flavors are only available for a limited time and normally do not get added to our signatures.

How big are the cookies?

Our cookies vary in size depending on the dough or ingredients used. However, they usually end up being about 2.5-3” in diameter, 2 ” in height and 3 ounces of pure indulgence.

How can I modify or cancel my order?

Can I pickup my order instead of having it shipped?

Prefer to skip the shipping? We offer free local pickup at a designated location in San Diego, CA. Simply select the Local Pickup option at checkout, and we’ll coordinate with you via email to confirm the pickup time and details.

What payment methods do your accept?

Our online store accepts credit and debit cards like Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diner’s Club and JCB.

We also accept Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Venmo.

Do you cater events or offer corporate gifting?

Absolutely! We love nothing more than planning a large event, especially weddings! Learn more about our corporate gifting and how we can help here.

How are my cookies shipped, and when can I expect them?

To receive your cookies on time, we offer multiple shipping methods including standard, economy and rush shipping. Each shipping rate is calculated based on zip code.

Depending on your location in the US, it could take up to 7 business days for your cookies to arrive. If you choose an arrival date, we will plan to bake/ship so that the cookies arrive on or before the delivery date.

We try our best to ship so the cookies arrive on time, however, certain carriers experience delays especially around the holiday season.

I entered the wrong shipping address. what do I do?

You’ve entered the wrong shipping address and your package hasn’t left. 

Don’t fret! If you need to make a change to a shipping address simply reach out to us at info@thecravory.com or chat with us here and we’ll fix it right away.

You’ve entered the wrong shipping address and your package has left. 

Unfortunately, once a package has left our bakery, it’s too late to make any adjustments. If an address is incorrect, we’ll gladly send out a fresh batch of cookies for a small fee:

  • ½ dozen: $8
  • 1 dozen: $15
  • 2 dozen: $25
  • Ultimate Box: $35

Once we’ve received payment for the replacement box, will ship your new order to the new address as quickly as possible.

How can I track my package?

Once your cookies is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

Wholesale

Who qualifies to be a wholesale partner?

Any retailer or business that aligns with our values and shares a passion for offering our cookies can qualify to be a wholesale partner.

We work with cafes, hotels, gift shops, and specialty stores. If you're interested in carrying our cookies, simply reach out and we'll discuss how we can collaborate!

What's the lead time for orders?

For wholesale orders, we typically require at least 1 week’s notice. Our production schedule is tightly managed to ensure freshness, so please plan ahead and place orders as early as possible to secure your delivery date.

Rush orders may be accommodated depending on our capacity, but please note that they may incur an additional fee to cover expedited production and shipping costs.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will do our best to resolve the situation promptly.
