At Crav’ngs Cookies, every batch is handmade with love and care, and we’re committed to delivering quality cookies that make every crumb count. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us!
Order Issues or Concerns
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t meet your expectations, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Send a brief description and clear photo of the issue to info@cravngs.com, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Refunds & Replacements
Approved refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be offered in the form of:
- A full or partial refund
- A replacement order
- Store credit or a discount on a future order
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days once approved.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. We bake fresh to order and may not be able to cancel once production has started.
Non-Refundable Items
Because we bake everything fresh, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
- Change of mind
- Orders not picked up during the agreed pickup window
- Delays caused by incorrect addresses or missed delivery attempts
