We offer shipping within the United States through trusted carriers. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Need your Crav’ngs sooner? Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost during checkout.

Free Local Pickup

Prefer to skip the shipping? We offer free local pickup at a designated location in San Diego, CA. Simply select the Local Pickup option at checkout, and we’ll coordinate with you via email to confirm the pickup time and details.

Order Processing

We bake fresh to order! Retail orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. For large or wholesale orders, please allow additional time depending on order size and production scheduling.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order’s weight and destination. For wholesale or bulk orders, we may arrange freight or courier delivery to ensure efficient, cost-effective service. Our team will work with you directly to finalize shipping logistics.

Once your cookies are on their way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your shipment in real-time.

Large Volume & Wholesale Orders

We understand that wholesale and bulk orders require special attention. From production to delivery, we’ll coordinate closely with you to ensure smooth handling. Trusted freight partners may be used for large shipments to retail or hospitality partners.

International Shipping

We offer limited international shipping to select countries. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

  • Priority: 3–5 business days

Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
